CityBridge Safety Team Hands On Training

Saturday December 10th from 1-2:30pm we will be hosting the CityBridge Safety Team for some hands on training.  This will include escorting techniques as well as unarmed self defense for common situations that come up in the world of safety and security. 

Please wear comfortable workout clothing that you are not afraid to sweat in.  You will sweat!  You will also be working from the ground, so you might consider wearing some compression shorts if your workout shorts fit loosely. 

There will be paper waivers to sign prior to class, so show up a few minutes early to fill that out of you have not attended Alliance Allen before. If you have signed a waiver from a previous event or class, you do not need to sign another waiver.
